Here is a program for all those who want to have an independent maintenance program on their own for overall rotator cuff health and strength.

I call this the “CORE FIVE” program.

“CORE FIVE” – these 5 essential moves will comprehensively cover all aspects of the shoulder — this is dynamic movement routine 

  1. ER – IR
  2. FRONT – BACK ROW
  3. DIAGONAL
  4. 90 – 90
  5. LATERAL RAISES

BEGINNER  2 reps each movement , 2 sets

INTERMEDIATE 3 reps each movement , 2 sets

ADVANCED 5 reps each movement, 1 or 2 sets
